Establishment History:

Vingroup - Joint Stock Company formerly known as Vietnam General Trading Joint Stock Company officially operated with an initial charter capital of 196 billion VND on May 3, 2002, then nearly a year later it increased to 251 billion, to invest in construction and management of the Office Service Shopping Center for rent at 191 Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi (Vincom City Towers building). The Company's main activities are real estate business, leasing offices, shopping centers and providing services and entertainment products.
In December 2006, the company officially increased its charter capital to 313.5 billion VND.
The company has used undistributed profits over the years to increase charter capital to 600 billion VND according to Resolution 02/07/NQĐHĐCĐVINCOMJSC dated February 9, 2007
On June 22, 2007, the Company was granted the 13th amended Business Registration Certificate with a registered charter capital of 800 billion VND.
The Company has been licensed to list under Decision No. 106/QDSGDHCM issued by the General Director of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange on September 7, 2007 and 80,000,000 shares of the Company officially traded on the City Stock Exchange. Ho Chi Minh on September 19, 2007.
After 5 years of development, today, with the Vincom brand, the Company has created a solid position in the field of real estate business and service provision. From 2007 onwards, the Company continued to operate in the field of real estate business, office leasing, and service provision while promoting expansion investment and putting new projects into operation to continuously improve the Company's operating efficiency.
