Timeline of Establishment & Development
- On December 3, 1983, Bien Hoa Land Exploitation Enterprise was established under Decision No. 18/QD.UB of Bien Hoa City People's Committee
- On April 1, 1988, Bien Hoa Land Mining Enterprise merged with Bien Hoa Sand Mining Enterprise and Tan Thanh Stone Mining Enterprise to establish Bien Hoa Construction Materials Production Enterprise according to Decision No. 397/QD.UBTP of Bien Hoa City People's Committee Draw
- On November 12, 1996, Bien Hoa Construction Materials Production Enterprise changed its name to Bien Hoa Construction and Construction Materials Production Company according to Decision No. 5425/QD.UBT of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee
- On May 5, 2005, Bien Hoa Construction and Construction Materials Production Company changed its name to Bien Hoa Construction and Construction Materials Production Company Limited according to Decision No. 1724/QD.CT.UBT of the Chairman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee.
- On July 7, 2005, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee transferred the ownership of State capital of One Member LLC Bien Hoa Construction and Construction Materials Production to the Industrial Corporation Dong Nai food according to Decision No. 2484/QD-UBND.
-On November 1, 2015, Bien Hoa Construction and Construction Materials Production Company Limited changed its name to Bien Hoa Construction and Construction Materials Production Joint Stock Company, with a charter capital of 450 billion VND.
- On June 17, 2016, the Company was granted a securities registration certificate by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the number of 45,000,000 shares.
