- Central Freight Forwarding Joint Stock Company, formerly the Branch of Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade Warehousing Company in Da Nang, was established in 1998. In 2002, the Ministry of Trade issued Decision No. 776/2002/BTM dated July 3, 2002 to transfer the Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade Warehousing Forwarding Company Branch to Da Nang. Central Transportation Joint Stock Company operates under Business Registration Certificate No. 0400426836 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City on August 12, 2002 with an initial charter capital of 3,000,000,000 VND. - On December 15, 2021, the Company held the inauguration ceremony and put into operation the Vinatrans Danang Logistics Center at Hoa Gia Industrial Park, Cam Le. Accordingly, Vinatrans Danang Logistics Center has a total area of more than 10,076 m2, a capacity of 13,000 pallets (equivalent to 8,500 tons of goods) with full cold storage, cold storage, 12 import and export doors. Vinatrans Danang Logistics Center is one of the leading Logistics Centers in the Central region of Vietnam.
- After more than 20 years of establishment and development, Central Region Freight Forwarding Joint Stock Company has continuously grown in both scale and quality, improving business efficiency and increasingly gaining trust from domestic and foreign customers. Currently, Central Transport Logistics Joint Stock Company is among the top enterprises operating in the field of Container transport in Vietnam today in the Da Nang area specifically and the Central provinces in general.
- On December 22, 2020, the Company's shares were officially deposited at the Securities Depository Center issuing Stock Certificate No. 82/2020/GCNCP-VSD issued by VSD with a charter capital at the time of issuance of 15,000,000,000 VND.
- On January 11, 2022, the Company was granted a Securities Registration Certificate adjusted to book 82/2020/GCNCP-VSD-l by VSD with a charter capital at the time of issuance of VND 31,500,000,000.
- On October 6, 2022, the Company officially became a public company according to Official Letter No. 6697/UBCK-GSĐC of the State Securities Commission signed on October 6, 2022 on public company registration. Accordingly, at the time of officially being a public company, the Company's charter capital was 31,500,000,000 VND with a total number of shareholders holding shares of 123 shareholders.
