November 2006: VNDIRECT Company was officially established and operated with a charter capital of 50 billion VND
May 2007 VNDIRECT Company established Ho Chi Minh City branch according to Decision No. 294/UBCK-GP dated May 8, 2007 of the State Securities Commission
November 2007: VNDIRECT Company increased its charter capital by 300 billion VND according to Decision No. 87/UBCK-GP dated November 19, 2007 of the State Securities Commission
February 2010: VNDIRECT Company increased its charter capital to 450 billion VND according to Decision No. 301/UBCK-GP dated February 8, 2010 of the State Securities Commission
March 30, 2010: VNDIRECT Company officially listed shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code VND.
December 2011: VNDIRECT received the award for Enterprise with transactions most trusted online by the Vietnam E-commerce Association.
