Establishment History:
- Transportation and Trading Joint Stock Company - trading name Vinalink officially operated from September 1, 1999
- In 1996: Vinatrans Company registered and was granted a Trademark Registration Certificate by the Department of Industrial Property for the Company's commercial transaction names, including the names Vinalink and Vinaconsol. These Trademark Registration Certificates were transferred to Vinalink Joint Stock Company and were registered with validity until 2015.
- In 1998: Vinatrans Company established the Transportation and Consolidation Agency Enterprise with the trading name Vinaconsol. June 24, 1999: The Minister of Trade issued Decision No. 0776/1999/QD-BTM approving the plan to equitize a part of the state-owned enterprise Vinatrans, converting the Transport Agency and Consolidation Enterprise into a Transport and Trading Joint Stock Company, trading name: Vinalink; Charter capital 8 billion VND (state holds 10%); specializes in the business of freight forwarding, warehousing, office, import and export services.
- July 16, 1999: The General Meeting of Shareholders to establish the company met to approve the charter, organizational structure, and elect the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. Accordingly, the Company's organizational structure includes: Board of Directors, Transportation and Consolidation Agency Department, Hapag - Lloyd Shipping Agency Department, Warehouse 145 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Accounting - Administration Department. July 16, 1999 is taken as the date of establishment of the Company. On September 1, 1999, the Company officially operated as a legal entity registered with the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on July 31, 1999.
- In 2000: Vinalink joined the Vietnam Logistics Association VIFFAS. April 5, 2000: Vinalink became a member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry VCCI. June 24, 2000: International assessment organization DNV (Norway) certified Vinalink to implement the quality management system according to international standards ISO 9002, now ISO 9001: 2000.
- In 2002: Vinalink joined the FIATA International Forwarding Association. May 13, 2002 The company increased its charter capital by 3 times, the new charter capital is 24 billion VND.
- Year 2007: Joint Cargo Operating Company Limited (Agent for CargoLux Airlines) - A joint venture company between Vinalink (51% capital), FC (Singapore) officially operated. In December 2007, the Company increased its charter capital to 90 billion VND.
- Year 2009 :
* On August 17, 2009, the Company's securities were officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with the Stock Code VNL
* October 1, 2009 The company branch in Hai Phong officially operated
* On October 31, 2009, the Company was honored to receive the Second Class Labor Medal awarded by the President for outstanding achievements in the 10 years 1999 - 2009
- Year 2010
* Vinalink Depot officially operates from June 1, 2010
* December 17, 2010 The Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia issued an operating license to the company's representative office in Phnom Penh
- Year 2011
* May 6, 2011 Participated in establishing Kim Thanh Logistics Joint Stock Company (Lao Cai)
* On July 16, on the occasion of the Company's founding, officially introduced the new brand identity system, including logo and domain name.
- Year 2013: The Company Logo was granted Trademark Registration Certificate No. 205578 by the Intellectual Property Office, according to Decision No. 25194/QD-SHTT dated May 14, 2013.
- On January 4, 2013, Vinalink Logistics Company Limited (Cambodia) - was granted an establishment license by the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia with the name VINALINK LOGISTICS (CAMBODIA) Co., Ltd
- 2014: Vinalink changed its new name from May 24, 2014, according to Business Registration Certificate No.: 0301776205 issued by the Business Registration Office of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Planning and Investment, changing for the 10th time on May 22, 2014
