Establishment History:
- June 1996 Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade Logistics Company Vinatrans - a leading forwarding company in Vietnam, a labor hero unit in the reform period, established a northern branch named Vinatrans Hanoi.
- In 2003, Vinatrans Hanoi branch was equitized according to Decision No. 1685/2002/QD/BTM dated December 30, 2002 of the Ministry of Trade and transformed into Foreign Trade Freight Forwarding Joint Stock Company - trading name is Vinatrans Hanoi according to the registration certificate. Business number 0103002086 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment for the first time on April 7, 2003, changed for the 6th time on September 3, 2008.
- In 2006, VNT Logistics celebrated its 10th anniversary of establishment and was honored to receive the Labor Medal III class awarded by the President for outstanding business achievements.
- In August 2009, officially listed at the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
- May 2011 changed new brand identity from VINATRANS HA NOI to VNT Logistics.
