- March 16, 2008: The company was officially established with a charter capital of 50,000,000,000 VND equivalent to 5,000,000 shares with par value of 10,000 VND/share.
- December 31, 2015: Company shares were approved to register for trading on UPCoM with stock code VPA
- January 27, 2016: VPA's first trading day on Upcom.
- Up to now, the Company has been operating for more than 8 years, has completed the project of building 02 new liquid asphalt tankers and is gradually asserting its brand in the world and regional transportation markets. With the support and assistance from Vietnam Petroleum Group and its founding shareholders, friends and partners, with the attractive asphalt transport market ahead, the Company will certainly take successful steps in the future.
