Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Viet Phat Import-Export Investment Trading Joint Stock Company was established in 2008 under Business Registration Certificate No. 0200826844 for the first time on July 23, 2008, registered for the 8th change on June 27, 2019
- Starting from a transportation service company specializing in domestic transportation, Viet Phat has quickly risen to become one of the strong development companies in the production and trading of mineral materials and domestic transportation services in Vietnam.
- In 2008, Viet Phat Import-Export Trade Investment Joint Stock Company was established with 03 founding shareholders, a total starting staff of about 20 people and the main business field is mainly domestic transportation. By 2009, after only one year of operation, the Company quickly affirmed its position in the Northern region and deployed a nationwide goods transportation system.
- By 2010, a series of important changes marked a major turning point for Viet Phat. In order to be more consistent with the Company's new orientation of not only doing business in terms of services but also expanding the scope of business into other fields such as trading, investment, production, etc. During this period, the Company has implemented research on a series of construction projects, typically: Processing shaped steel, classifying and trading iron ore at Quynh Phuc Industrial Cluster, Kim Xuyen commune, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province: Warehouse and wharf construction project in Kim commune Luong, Kim Thanh district, Hai Duong province. Thereby, the Company's market has also been expanded nationwide, coke products, iron ore, steel billets, and transportation services of the Company are present in many provinces and cities nationwide.
- By 2014, Viet Phat Import-Export Trade Investment Joint Stock Company has become one of the reputable companies in the field of supplying minerals such as iron ore, coke, titanium,... to companies such as: DongBu Vietnam Steel Company Limited, Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company, Hoa Phat Steel Joint Stock Company, Cast Iron Joint Stock Company Cao Bang Steel,... in Vietnam. The company has also achieved remarkable achievements: Revenue in 2018 reached 2,240 billion VND with a total current staff of 98 people working throughout the Company.
- According to the 2016 FAST500 list, Viet Phat is ranked 13th. The 2016 FAST500 ranking has recognized the management results and efforts of all Viet Phat employees in recent years. Viet Viet Phat was evaluated and ranked in the National and International Ranking Table and became a member of the FAST500 club, contributing to enhancing the image of Viet Phat. FAST500 - Ranking of 500 Fastest Growing Enterprises in Vietnam - based on independent research and evaluation results according to international standards of Vietnam Report, periodically published annually since 2011 by VietnamNet Newspaper - Ministry of Information and Communications, with advice from domestic and foreign experts and advisory councils. Ensure objective, independent and scientific principles when building and ranking businesses in the FAST500. Businesses do not have to pay any fees to enter the FAST500 rankings.
- As part of the capital mobilization plan to expand the market and increase revenue by October 2016, Viet Phat Import-Export Trade Investment Joint Stock Company has implemented a plan to increase charter capital from 100 billion VND to 200 billion VND, to supplement working capital.
- On January 18, 2018, the Company's shares were listed and traded on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), with the stock code VPG. Also in 2018, the Company achieved Top 100 Vietnam Gold Star Awards in 2018, Top 10 trusted brands and brands in 2018.
