Formation history:
- Van Phat Hung Joint Stock Company, formerly Van Phat Hung Company Limited, was established on September 9, 1999 by two founders, Mr. Vo Anh Tuan and Mr. Tran Van Thanh.
- In October 2006, Van Phat Hung Company Limited was converted into Van Phat Hung Joint Stock Company according to Business Registration Certificate No. 4103005360 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on October 4, 2006, charter capital of 135 billion VND.
- According to Shareholders' Meeting Decision No. 06/07/QD-VPH dated February 10, 2007, the Company increased its capital to 165 billion VND. 173,131 billion VND. According to Resolution 03/2007/QD-DHĐCĐ dated July 17, 2007, Van Phat Hung Joint Stock Company issued 2,770,140 shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 100:16, increasing its charter capital for the third time to 200,832 billion VND.
