Vinpearl One Member LLC, formerly known as Hon Tre Tourism, Trade and Service Development Investment Company Limited, was established on July 25, 2001 according to business registration no. 3702000169 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province, with an initial charter capital of 60 billion VND and the main business lines are hotels, eco-tourism areas, restaurants, entertainment services, grocery sales, passenger transportation, aquaculture, and afforestation, production of traditional handicrafts.
On September 6, 2002, the company changed its name to Hon Tre Tourism and Trading Company Limited.
On July 26, 2006, the Company officially converted its business type into Vinpearl Tourism and Trade Joint Stock Company according to business registration certificate No. 3703000217 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa province with capital. charter is 290 billion VND.
In 2011, Vinpearl Joint Stock Company merged with Vincom Joint Stock Company and changed its name to Vinpearl One Member Company Limited
On November 15, 2024, the Company was confirmed by the State Securities Commission to complete the registration of a public company according to Official Letter No. 7739/UBCK-GSĐC
On December 26, 2024, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation announced the certification of stock registration and issuance of stock code VPL to Vinpearl Joint Stock Company.
