Establishment History:
- VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company, formerly Vung Tau - Con Dao Special Zone Construction Enterprise, was established in August 1980, and is one of the earliest construction companies in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province
- On June 13, 2005, the Company transformed from a State-owned enterprise into a joint stock company according to Decision No. 1816/QD-UB of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province with the name Ba Ria - Vung Tau Construction Joint Stock Company. On January 9, 2008, the Company changed its name to Vung Tau Construction and Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
- On July 19, 2010, the Company's shares were listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) with the stock code VRC
- In 2011, the Company increased its charter capital to 145,047,620,000 VND
- On April 26, 2017, the Company changed its name to VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company, orienting its business activities to focus on the field of Real Estate and Investment. At the same time, the Company increased its charter capital to 500 billion VND in 2017. In 2017, the Company established VRC Saigon Real Estate Company Limited with 100% ownership and completed the acquisition of 60.06% shares of ADEC Joint Stock Company.
