Establishment History:

In 1958, Doi Tan Brick Company was established, the predecessor of VITALY Joint Stock Company. The company's main products at that time were cement tiles with a production capacity of 500,000 tiles/year.
In 1975, the Brick Company was taken over by the State and continued to maintain development, invest in equipment innovation, and renovate factories. By 1992, the Company's production capacity reached 3,600,000 tablets/year with a workforce of 400 people. Revenue reached over 11.9 billion VND.
In February 1993, the Company was renamed Cement Tile and Stone Company No. 1, belonging to Construction Materials Association No. 1, directly under the Ministry of Construction according to Decision No. 033A/BXD-TCLD, with Head Office at 927 Tran Hung Dao, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City.
In 1995, the investment project was approved by the State, the Company dissolved the encaustic tile factory in Tan Binh District to invest in basic construction and installation of Italian ceramic tile production technology equipment with a design capacity of 1,000,000 m2/year with a total investment of over 65 billion. copper.
In May 2000, Tile and Stone Company No. 1 was renamed Tile Company No. 1 according to Decision No. 722/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction. In June 2000, the Company was allowed by the Corporation and the Ministry of Construction to invest in ceramic tile production line No. 2 with a total investment value of 40 billion VND, increasing capacity to 2,000,000 m2/year.
In 2001 and 2003, the Company continuously invested in expanding two more ceramic tile production lines, line 3 and line 4, to diversify products with a capacity of 2,400,000 m2/year with a total investment of 104 billion VND, increasing the total capacity of the Company. capacity up to 4,400,000 m2/year.
In July 2004, the Company continued to invest in ceramic tile production line No. 5, with a capacity of 2,000,000 m2/year and increased the Company's entire capacity to nearly 6,500,000 m2/year in 2005.
In December 2004, the Company was equitized according to Decision No. 2007/QD-BXD of the Minister of Construction signed on December 16, 2004 and was renamed Vitaly Joint Stock Company.
Ng On December 11, 2006, VITALY received listing license No. 111/UBCK-GPNY by Granted by the Chairman of the State Securities Commission and officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange on December 29, 2006.
2010 was the third year the company had consecutive losses, so the Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the delisting of Vitaly shares on the HNX from June 2, 2011.
On October 31, 2011, the Company's shares returned to normal trading on UPCOM
