- Vi Na Ta Ba Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company was established on June 7, 2007 under business license No. 4103006943 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City for the first time with an initial charter capital of 100 billion VND.
- During the capital contribution stage to establish the company according to the first Business Registration Certificate. On September 20, 2007, the Company's Board of Shareholders passed a decision on adjusting charter capital and capital contribution ratio of founding shareholders. Accordingly, the Company adjusted its charter capital from 100 billion to 115 billion VND. On September 28, 2007, the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City issued a second change of business license, with the Company's charter capital increased to 115 billion VND. However, up to now the actual contributed capital is 114 billion VND.

- In 2008, the Company invested in building a factory to produce filters with the orientation of diversifying the Company's activities in participating in the production of input products for the tobacco industry.
- In 2011, the Company signed a long-term lease contract with Phu Dien-Tranco Co., Ltd. to exploit 5,124 m2 of space in the office building for rent at 83A Ly Thuong Kiet - Hanoi.
- At the end of 2011, the Company invested and put into operation 12 luxury apartments on the 11th floor of Tay Nguyen Plaza Building in Can Tho, invested by Hoang Anh Gia Lai Tay Nguyen Construction Investment Joint Stock Company under Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group.
- Since 2012, the supply situation of Acetate Tow fiber, the main raw material for producing filter cartridges in the world, has faced many difficulties. Input prices have continuously increased, and the supply has continuously been seriously lacking. Meanwhile, the increase in the price of filter cartridges of the Company has faced many difficulties. In addition, the company's product prices cannot compete with other filter manufacturers in the industry, leading to ineffective operations of the Company's filter production workshop. In 2013, the Company restructured its business segment, ending the operation of the filter factory and switching to equipment rental from the fourth quarter of 2013 and transferred the factory system to business units in the Corporation in 2014.
