Establishment History and development:
- October 30, 1995: The Military Communications Command decided to establish the Design Survey Enterprise - the predecessor of today's Design Joint Stock Company.
- January 12, 2006: The Ministry of National Defense issued decision No. 12/2006/QD-BQP on the establishment of Viettel Design Consulting State One Member LLC under the Military Telecommunications Corporation. This is an important milestone recognizing the remarkable growth from an Enterprise to a Company.
- April 1, 2010: On September 24, 2008, in compliance with the Government's equitization policy, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 3008/QD-BQP on the capital stock of Viettel Design Consulting Company, March 23, 2010. Hanoi City Planning and Investment issued the Certificate of Viertel Design Consulting Joint Stock Company, business code 0100109106-075. Viettel Design Consulting Joint Stock Company officially came into operation as a Joint Stock Company on April 1, 2010 with a charter capital of 16,000,000,000 VND. In the red, the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group is a state-owned enterprise, holding 1,088,000 shares, corresponding to 68% of charter capital, the rest are shareholders without books, holding 512,000 shares, corresponding to 32% of charter capital.
- June 24, 2010: Viettel Design Consulting Joint Stock Company was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to register as a public company according to Official Dispatch No. 1932/UBCK-QLPH of the SSC.
- September 12, 2014: The company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 65/2014/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with the total number of registered shares being 4,159,905 shares.
- On July 15, 2015, the Company made its first capital increase by paying dividends in shares to existing shareholders of 16 billion VND. Total capital after issuance is 32 billion VND.
- On June 21, 2017, the Company made a second capital increase by paying dividends in shares to existing shareholders of VND 9.6 billion. Total capital after issuance is nearly 41.6 billion VND.
