Thang Long Wine Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 54/2001/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated April 23, 2001 on converting the state-owned enterprise Thang Long Alcohol-Beverage Company into Thang Long Joint Stock Company.
The Company's charter capital when first established was 11,600,000,000 VND. After more than 4 years of operation, from the accumulated profits and preferential corporate income tax, the Company has increased its charter capital to 18,000,000,000 VND.
May 25, 2009: Changed the name of Thang Long Joint Stock Company to Thang Long Wine Joint Stock Company (8th Business Registration Certificate No. 0103001012 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on May 25, 2009).
October 22, 2009: Establishment of Subsidiary: Thang Long Wine One Member Company Limited, charter capital 3,000,000,000 VND (Business registration certificate no. 0104008334), owned by Thang Long Wine Joint Stock Company brewed .
June 19, 2013: The company increased its charter capital to 27,000,000,000 VND.
October 8, 2013: Established Subsidiary: Thang Long Real Estate Investment and Trading Company Limited, charter capital 6,000,000,000 VND (Business Registration Certificate No. 0106328714), owned by Thang Long Wine Joint Stock Company brewed .
