Formerly known as Passenger Transport Enterprise, established on January 1, 1987 according to Decision No. 628 TCP/TCCB, is a unit under Cam Pha Coal Company
In 1997: Passenger Transport Enterprise was a member unit of Vietnam Coal Corporation and was renamed Miner Transport and Shuttle Enterprise.
Year 2000: Miner Transport and Shuttle Enterprise is a unit under the Transport and Loading Material Company
January 1, 2004: Miner Transportation and Transportation Joint Stock Company was officially established by merging the original Miner Transportation and Transportation Enterprise into TKV Miner Transportation and Transportation Joint Stock Company (established December 22, 2003)
April 25, 2007: The company changed its name to TKV Miner Transportation and Transportation Joint Stock Company
May 18, 2011: The company was renamed Vinacomin Miner Transportation and Transportation Joint Stock Company
November 30, 2011: The company became a public company
