Foundation history:

Viglacera Tu Son Joint Stock Company , formerly Tu S Tile Enterprise o n, was established in 1959 by the Decision of the Ministry of Architecture (now the Ministry of Construction).
In 1995, the Enterprise changed its name to Tu Son Construction Ceramics Company (belonging to the Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation) according to Decision No. 75/BXD-TC dated February 18, 1995 of the Minister of Construction.
In 2001, 382 Dong Anh Construction Ceramics Company was merged into Tu Son Construction Ceramics Company according to Decision No. 1414/QD-BXD dated August 17, 2001 of the Minister of Construction
In 2003, Dong Anh Construction Ceramic Factory was separated from Tu Son Construction Ceramic Company for equitization according to Decision No. 1207/QD-BXD dated September 9, 2003 of the Minister of Construction.
The company has officially listed 1,000,000 shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange since September 20, 2006 according to Decision No. 15/QD-TTGDHN dated August 23, 2006 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The company changed its name to Viglacera Tu Son Joint Stock Company (VTS) in July 2007.
The company changed its name to Viglacera Tu Son Joint Stock Company (abbreviated as VTS). Additional bonds issued on Hanoi Stock Exchange Center (now Hanoi Stock Exchange).
In 2008, the Company increased its charter capital to 12.9 billion VND and listed all additional shares issued on the Hanoi stock exchange center.
In 2010, the Company was voted as a typical enterprise on the stock market and one of the 500 leading brands in Vietnam; Viglacera Tu Son products were voted by consumers as high quality Vietnamese products in 2010.
In 2011, the Company increased its charter capital to 20,002,050,000 VND and listed all additional shares issued on the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
