Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Viwaseen3 Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Groundwater Drilling Enterprise, was established under Decision No. 143/QD-TCLD dated March 5, 1999 of Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation with the name Eoi Xi nehiêD Groundwater Drilling.
- On December 19, 2006, the Company successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders.
- On December 29, 2006, the Underground Water Drilling Enterprise was converted into Drilling and Construction Joint Stock Company - Viwaseen3 according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0103015253, first registered on December 29, 2006 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, with a charter capital of 10,000,000,000 VND.
- On November 7, 2008, Viwaseen 3 Joint Stock Company (former name Drilling and Construction Joint Stock Company - Viwaseen 3) was approved by the State Securities Commission (SSC) to register as a public company.
- On December 29, 2006, the Company was granted the first business registration certificate No. 0102133351 (old number 0103015253) by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with a charter capital of 10,000,000,000 VND; Changed for the 5th time on June 30, 2011 with charter capital of 20,000,000,000 VND.
- From April 2012 until now, the Company has changed its name to Viwaseen3 Joint Stock Company.
- On February 20, 2020, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 15/2020/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD) with the number of registered shares being 2,000,000 shares.
