Formation history:

Ben Tre Construction Materials Company is a state-owned enterprise established under Decision No. 30/TC-CQ dated January 17, 1978 of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province. Implementing Decree No. 388-HDBT dated November 20, 1991 of the Council of Ministers, Ben Tre Construction Materials Company was re-established according to Decision No. 994/QD-UB dated December 2, 1992 of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province.
On May 24, 2004, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1852/2004/QD-UB on converting Ben Tre Construction Materials Company into a Joint Stock Company. Ben Tre Construction Materials Joint Stock Company has been granted the first Business Registration Certificate No. 5503000020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ben Tre province and officially went into operation on September 1, 2004 with a charter level of15,000,000,00015,000,000,000 VND.
Since equitization, the company has increased its charter capital 3 times from15,000,000,00015,000,000,000 VND to 40,490,060,000 VND in January 2009
2005: The company built a steel purlin and steel workshop
2006: Expanding operations into the construction field
2007: Registered public company with the State Securities Commission
2010: Stocks traded for the first time on HNX
