Timeline of Establishment & Development:

VETVACO Central Veterinary Medicine Joint Stock Company, formerly the Central Veterinary Medicine Enterprise, was established on March 8, 1956 according to Decision No. 8-NN/QD of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Democratic Republic of Vietnam.
In 1993, the Enterprise was re-established under Decision No. 32/NN - TCCB/QD dated January 8, 1993 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry.
On November 14, 2012, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development approved the equitization plan and transformed the Central Veterinary Medicine Enterprise into a joint stock company in Decision No. 2895/QD-BNN-DMDN. The Company's charter capital is 36,000,000,000 VND (Thirty-six billion VND). On July 2, 2013, the Company coordinated with Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Company to conduct a public auction of 366,800 shares (accounting for 10.19% of charter capital) with a starting price of 11,500 VND/share. The auction was not successful. After that, the Company successfully sold all of the above shares at the Company's headquarters. Highest successful deal price: 31,800 VND/share, lowest successful deal price: 26,100 VND/share, average successful bid price: 28,810 VND/share.
On January 6, 2014, successfully organized the General Meeting of Shareholders at the Company's headquarters.
On October 12, 2017, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 193/2017/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center (VSD), with a total number of registered shares of 3,600,000 shares.
