Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Hanoi Civil Construction Company was established under Decision No. 121/TCCQ of the Hanoi City Administrative Committee dated January 22, 1972 with the task of specializing in the construction of civil works, services, and public welfare of the City.
- In early 1977, due to construction development requirements, the City decided to separate the Company's Concrete Workshop in Vinh Tuy to establish Vinh Tuy Concrete Enterprise, separate the Company's Civil Wooden Door Enterprise in Giap Bat into Giap Bat Door Carpentry Enterprise, and separate the Company's Construction Team 6 to the Enterprise. Factory, separating Construction Site 1 in Dong Anh along with Construction Site of Industrial Construction Company into Dong Anh Construction Company under the Department of Construction.
- On February 10, 1993, the Company was re-established under Decision No. 627 QD/UB of the Hanoi People's Committee.
- The company completed the task of equitizing the enterprise according to Decision No. 1748/QD-UB dated May 4, 2007 of the People's Committee of Hanoi on converting the state-owned enterprise Hanoi Civil Construction Company into Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
- On January 15, 2007, the General Meeting of Shareholders was successfully organized.
- On July 2, 2007, the Company received Business Registration Certificate No. 0100105380 for the first registration issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City with a charter capital of 30,000,000,000 VND, changed for the 7th time on August 10, 2017 with charter capital of 78,000,000,000 VND.
- On October 13, 2008, the State Securities Commission approved the public company registration of Hanoi Civil Construction Investment Joint Stock Company.
- On July 17, 2018, the Company was granted Securities Registration Certificate No. 58/2018/GCNCP-VSD by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center with the number of registered shares being 7,800,000 shares (Seven million eight hundred thousand shares).
