Timeline of Establishment & Development:
- Xuan Mai Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (formerly known as Xuan Mai Large Panel Concrete Factory) was established on November 29, 1983 and was equitized in 2003 with a charter capital of 18 billion VND. With more than 3,000 highly qualified staff and employees and skilled workers, the Company is striving to do its best, constantly improving techniques and production technology to become a reputable contractor and real estate investor in Vietnam.
- In 1983, Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Xuan Mai Large Panel Concrete Factory, was established on November 29, 1983 according to Decision No. 1434-BXD/TCCB of the Ministry of Construction, which was built with help from the Soviet Union. The factory has a large scale and synchronous equipment to produce large concrete slab structures for apartment construction in Xuan Mai and Hanoi.
- In 1996, Xuan Mai Concrete Factory was renamed Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Factory and transferred to the Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation according to Decision No. 1049 MXD/TCLĐ dated December 6, 1996 of the Ministry of Construction.
- In 2003, the company transformed into a joint stock company and changed its name to Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Company. Business registration certificate No. 0500443916 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment with initial charter capital of 18 billion VND.
- In 2007, the Company listed and traded 10 million shares at the Hanoi stock exchange center with the stock code XMC. Vinaconex Xuan Mai received the "Reputable Stock Brand" award in 2008 and 2010.
- In 2008, the Company transformed the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model towards specialization, gradually expanding and perfecting the operating management model according to the Parent Company - Subsidiary Company model, thereby further enhancing the Company's position and strength in the construction market.
- In 2013, with the consensus of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the policy of restructuring the Company, VINACONEX Corporation transferred all 10,200,000 shares of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Company to Khai Hung Co., Ltd. On November 12, 2013, the company voluntarily delisted according to the 2013 extraordinary general meeting of shareholders resolution No. 27/2013/NQ/BTXM- General Meeting of Shareholders dated October 11, 2013 to carry out corporate restructuring after converting the Company's owner.
- On April 21, 2014, the Company officially changed its name to Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Abbreviated name: Xuan Mai Corporation).
- In 2015, with the consent of the General Meeting of Shareholders, Khai Hung Co., Ltd. transferred all 10,200,000 shares of Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company to Ngoc Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company.
- In 2017, the Company increased its charter capital to 399,947,090,000 VND from issuing shares to the public to existing shareholders.
- In 2018, the Company increased its charter capital to 499,929,460,000 VND from the issuance of shares to the public to existing shareholders. The company increased its charter capital to 549,919,800,000 VND from issuing shares to pay dividends at a rate of 10%. Securities registration certificate No. 26/2007/GCNCP-VSD-6 first registered on December 12, 2007, registered for the 6th change on August 16, 2018 with a total value of registered shares of 549,919,800,000 VND.
