The predecessor of Hanoi Soap Joint Stock Company is Hanoi Soap Factory, established in 1958 and operating in 1960 - a state-owned enterprise in the chemical industry, directly under the Ministry of Light Industry and under the direct management of the General Department of Chemicals (now Vietnam Chemical Group) with the main task of producing synthetic detergents, bath soaps, and toothpaste to serve the consumer needs of workers. people.
In 1993, to comply with the Company Organization Law, Hanoi Soap Factory changed its name to Hanoi Soap Company, implementing management organization according to the company model.
In 2003, Hanoi Soap Company implemented equitization according to Decision No. 248/2003/QD-BCN dated December 31, 2003 of the Ministry of Industry, the Company operated under the joint stock company model from January 27, 2005, according to Business Registration Certificate No. 0100100311 issued by Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment. level

- Synthetic detergent production industry;
- Import-export business of chemicals, chemical supplies and synthetic detergents;
- Manufacturing and trading cosmetics, packaging and printing labels on products (carton boxes, paper bags, bags and plastics of all kinds);
- Trading in industrial food, food, processed food;
- Office and warehouse rental;
- Fertilizer business;
- Production and sales of PVC plastic, construction materials, interior and exterior decoration products, mechanical products and materials;

3. Scope of business and activities:
